Balaton, sailing, mysteries…<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year, we finally had our traditional team-building outing at the usual summer time. Sailing, exciting detective games, wine tasting and a party until dawn made the three-day programme on Lake Balaton a memorable experience.<\/p>\n

Our first trip was to the Vitorl\u00e1s Restaurant in Balatonf\u00fcred. The good weather, the closeness of Lake Balaton and the delicious lunch helped us to let our current projects a little. In the afternoon we took to the water in seven separate groups of sailing boats. Luckily, we had perfect sailing weather, so we sailed out in warm sunshine but with windy sails.<\/p>\n

We ended up in Csopak, where we settled in for dinner and then the ProClarity awards ceremony. Each year, this award recognises our colleagues who have made the greatest contribution to the professional and\/or non-professional achievements of our team. We ended our first busy day with a fun party that lasted until dawn.<\/p>\n

The next morning, we woke up to a mystery to solve, and worked in teams to solve it. We went all over Csopak looking for evidence and information, some of us were even eager to find the solution in the local offices. On their return, each team presented their version of the story and, of course, a winner was announced.<\/p>\n

After a well-deserved lunch, the sports lovers could take a short bike ride, while the rest of us could relax on the beach of Csopak or by the hotel\u2019s pool. We started the evening with a Prosecco tasting and dinner, and the conversations went on until dawn.<\/p>\n

On the third day we went home enriched with many experiences. The organisers of the trip made sure that there was not a moment of boredom during the trip, and we are glad that we were able to experience the teamwork and solidarity that characterise our everyday lives outside of the office.<\/p>\n
