Project management services

The majority of our consultancy tasks are accomplished within the framework of projects. As a result of this fact, project management to us is more than a methodology or tool system – it is the foundation of our success, without which we cannot achieve our mission.

In the past years, our consultants have gained significant project management and project implementation experience throughout hundreds of successfully completed projects. We have summarized our observations in our own, acclaimed project management methodology, which can be flexibly and effectively adjusted to the requirements of the given client project, using modern Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI – Book of Knowledge, IMPA – ICB, agile project management methodologies) as well.

Our practical knowledge is complemented by theoretical trainings, with the aim of acquiring and maintaining international project management certificates (IPMA "A", IPMA "B", PMP) and the continuous sharing of our professional knowledge with our colleagues. Currently five of our colleagues have such international project management qualifications, and all of our senior consultants have attended our internal project management training.

Our services connected to projects build on this theoretical and practical knowledge base, which is complemented by active participation in the work of professional associations (Hungarian Project Management Association, Budapest Chapter of the Project Management Institute).
